Divorce Out of Court

Most family law matters can be completed in privacy and in a peaceful setting outside of court.  Many couples do not know that this is possible and that there are many options to stay out of court.  Since divorce is a legal matter, the paperwork to start and end a case must be filed with the court, but husband and wife don’t personally have to go there.    The courthouse, as a public forum,  is not the best place to discuss and work out some of the most important and private decisions affecting the family.
